Mana Kai 202 feels like living ON the beach! Thanks to the Mana Kai's wonderful positioning out on the point, and unit 202's positioning only one unit from the ocean-end of the building, occupants of 202 are facing right into the ocean, while actually looking slightly to the left to see the long, white sandy beach heading all the way into Wailea! In fact, occupants enjoy spectacular ocean views from BOTH sides of the unit! From the living area, main bedroom, kitchen, and spacious lanai, there are breathtaking Ocean, Keawakapu Beach (arguably the best beach on Maui), Molokini, and Kahoolawe views. The bedroom on the other side of the unit offers both spectacular Ocean and West Maui Mountain views! Don't forget about the beautiful Upcountry views from the lanai! Prior renovations included a new kitchen, new bathrooms, smooth ceilings with soffits for canned lighting, tile flooring in the entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms, and two split-system A/C units keep the units comfortable even on the rare days when the relaxing breezes may not be present. The positioning of the Mana Kai, out on the point and well-away from the road, provides amazing ocean views without road noise! The white sandy beach also serves as a picturesque path along the ocean and past the Wailea beachfront resorts, hotels, restaurants, and shopping. While Mana Kai units most often function as a single 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, the floor plan offers great flexibility, as the unit can be used/rented as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath "A" unit, and a separate "hotel" unit (with a bedroom and a bathroom). Once you arrive at the Mana Kai, you never need to leave, as there are many onsite amenities, including 808 General Store, a beautiful beachfront pool, a beautiful gym, and a business center.
