With views of the water and close proximity to Trade Winds Marina, this furnished 2 bed, 1 bath cabin includes a personal boat slip, carport, entertainment system, storm shelter and storage shed. There is plenty of room for parking vehicles, jet skis and boats! Makes a great fishing/hunting/water sport getaway.The lot is approximately 0.22 +/- acres. This lot provides a generous amount of room for kids and pets to play as well as space for parking. You can have a sense of security knowing kids can play freely without fear of falling in the water. Yet, you still have easy access and close proximity to the water! There is also an underground storm shelter on the property for you and neighbors to use in the event of a storm. The land is leased from the Farwell Irrigation District and Trade Winds Marina handles the leases and building permits. The property owners currently lease a boat slip from the marina and said boat slip can/will transfer to new owners upon closing. They are also a fishing, hunting, and park permit vendor. This property is 15 minutes from the nearby town of Loup City and only a 1 hour drive to the city of Kearney, Nebraska and Grand Island, Nebraska (both of which have airports)!
