Tamarack Lodge sells their condos fractionally, similar to timeshares. This is Cedar suite 502 and is a 1,060 sq ft, 2br 2ba 5th floor penthouse unit that directly faces the water and has magnificent views of Lake Michigan's East Grand Traverse Bay. It has a private patio facing the water and the beach is as sandy as you can hope for, perfect for sunbathing and swimming.
