HUD Foreclosures:

As of September 27, 2010 the contracts for FHA Single Family Management and Marketing (M&M) III changed. As a result the management companies that real estate agents have been working with for HUD owned properties have also changed. The transition period between M&M II and M&M III Contractors is not completed. The transfer of all new and existing inventory is expected to be completed by 12-10-2010.
